Malcolm undertakes detailed investigation work where fraud or employee theft is suspected, ready to seek appropriate remedies through the courts or by confidential settlements.

As a former Managing Partner, and as an Advocate and specialist fraud and litigation solicitor dealing with cases countrywide over the last 30 years, Malcolm is an incredibly experienced solicitor. He previously worked with Charles at Cook & Co Solicitors.
