Overview

Lauren is a Solicitor at Cook Corporate Solicitors. She works closely with the team in relation to commercial property advice. In particular Lauren deals with organisation of comprehensive searches, registration of charges against properties, Land Registry applications, coordination and management of post completion tasks, and drafting the relevant commercial property documents.

Experience

Lauren graduated from The University of the West of England with a First-Class Honours degree in Law and attended Clevedon School. She previously worked at Star Legal Solicitors.

Other

Alongside working, Lauren studies the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, exercising, and is an experienced competitive gymnast.
