Overview

Alex is a Solicitor at Cook Corporate Solicitors and works closely with Charles, Ed and the rest of the team on the full range of corporate and commercial matters. He has a particular involvement in company secretarial work and managing data rooms for company sales and acquisitions.

Other

Alex was previously at South West law firm, Pardoes Solicitors as well as at the Department of Work and Pensions. He graduated from Aston University with an Upper Second Class (Honours) degree in Law and he completed the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law in 2021. Alex went to school on the Isle of Wight.
