Cook Corporate Solicitors Acts in sale of Mobility Scooter Canopy Business
Cook Corporate have acted for the shareholders of Vinyl Value Limited in the sale of the entire issued share capital to Gonzales Evans Incorporated Limited.
Vinyl Value Limited are a family run business and have been operating for over 37 years. They are a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of scooter canopies, storage covers and accessories. The business operates from premises in Somerset and employs 13 people.
