Cook Corporate have acted for Vigour and Vice Limited in a private equity investment from London based Edition Capital Investments Limited.

Vigour and Vice is a management consultancy specialising in the F&B, bar and restaurant space. The investment will enable the organisation to expand their reach at a critical time for the sector as it begins to come out of forced shutdown.
