Cook Corporate acts for BPEC investment of QLM Tech Ltd
Cook Corporate have acted for the Bristol Private Equity Club in respect of an investment in QLM Technologies Ltd (QLM).
QLM are a Bristol based tech company who are developing compact, high-sensitivity, low-power Tuneable Diode Lidar (TDLidar) gas detection and imaging systems based on infrared single-photon detection to meet the needs of natural gas producers, distributors and service providers for fast, accurate and low-cost gas leak identification.
