Cook Corporate Appoints Second Trainee Solicitor
Cook Corporate Solicitors are delighted to announced the appointment of Sophie Brown as a Trainee Solicitor – Cook Corporate’s second training contract appointment.
Sophie joined the firm in September 2020 as a paralegal and was awarded a training contract in November 2020.
Cook Corporate Solicitors is based within a collaborative working environment in Clifton, this has provided Sophie with the valuable opportunity to work closely with existing clients and develop connections and create new work through networking in the dynamic office environment.
Sophie’s responsibilities will include Corporate, Company Commercial, Company Secretarial, Employment and mainly Commercial property work.
Sophie has been involved in the continuing growth of Cook Corporate having assisted in many ongoing commercial property matters and corporate matters such as the sale of regional accountancy practice Leslie Dark & Co.
Sophie said: “I am very excited to be offered a Training Contract with Cook Corporate Solicitors. I first joined the firm as a paralegal, keen to gain commercial experience and develop my knowledge across a number of different fields of law. I am now looking forward to the unique opportunity of helping the firm grow and expand its areas of expertise.”
