Cook Corporate launches Mayfair office
Cook Corporate Solicitors have announced the opening of their new office in Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London.
The boutique firm specialises in corporate law with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity as well as undertaking commercial property work.
This second office will augment their current office in Berkeley Square, Clifton, Bristol.
Some of the Bristol team visited the Mayfair office this week and are planning a formal launch party for clients and friends of the firm later in the year when Covid restrictions fully lift.
“We are very excited to welcome new clients and meet new connections within London and we feel privileged to have our office in such a great location situated on Berkeley Square” commented Charles Cook Managing Partner who explained that Mayfair was a logical choice for the firm’s second offer as Cook Corporate already undertakes London work and its chairman, Roger Lane-Smith, founder of DLA Piper LLP, has considerable connections in London and the new office will enable these to be services efficiently.
