Cook Corporate have acted for family run and owned South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach (SGBC Limited) in the sale of their Bristol based bus and coach business to Stagecoach West.
SGBC has around 100 employees and 53 buses and coaches operating out of a substantial freehold site at Patchway. The business runs commercial bus services, school contracts, private hire services and is one of the leading Megabus contractors.
