Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted in the sale of the estate agency arm of Gibbins Richards.
The residential sales business is a leading name in the sector in the South West and has been operating for over 25 years with branches in Taunton, Bridgwater and Wellington.
The business has been sold to the current management team in an MBO.
