Cook Corporate Solicitors Complete Two More Transactions for Bristol Private Equity Club (BPEC)

Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for BPEC in two further rounds before the end of the 2023/24 tax year.

The BPEC angel members have made a further placement for shares in both Transdermal Logistics Limited (Transdermal) and Kelp Industries Limited (Kelpi).

Bath based Transdermal have developed the world’s first 100% needle-free continuous glucose monitor.

Kelpi are based at Science Creates in Bristol and have developed a seaweed bioplastic coating offering a real alternative to fossil-fuel plastics.
