Cook Corporate Appoints Paralegal
Cook Corporate Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Toby Hill as their newest Paralegal.
Toby joined the Cook Corporate team at the beginning of August, having graduated with a Law degree from the University of Bristol the month prior.
His responsibilities will consist largely of Corporate work, as well as some involvement with Company Commercial, Company Secretarial, Employment and Commercial Property matters.
Toby said, “I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to join the Corporate team at Cook Corporate. I very much look forward to working alongside Charles, Ed, Alex and Sophie on M&A transactions”.
