Cook Corporate Acts in Acquisition of Mecelec Design Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors acted for Phoenix Dynamic Engineering Ltd in its acquisition of Mecelec Design Limited
Mecelec Design is a Gloucester-based company providing bespoke engineering solutions for use in an array of industrial sectors.
The acquisition marks the next step in Darren’s, under his Phoenix umbrella, expansion in the industrial sector following the acquisition of Warwick Steel Structures Limited at the start of the year.
