Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the shareholders of Your Business Development Limited in the sale of its entire issued share capital to Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited.
Your Business Development Limited is a Bristol-based consultancy firm providing business development support to companies throughout the UK and beyond.
