Cook Corporate Acts in Sale of Canova Medical Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the shareholders of Canova Medical Limited in their sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to Revitalise Alpha Limited.
Canova Medical Limited is a Cheshire-based medical centre specialising in cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal and HydraFacial technology.
