Cook Corporate Acts in Sale of Cactus Clothing Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the shareholders of Cactus Clothing Limited, a Warrington-based clothing retailer, in their sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to Pro-Business Consulting Limited.
