Cook Corporate Acts in Sale of Somerset Early Scans Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Dr Joanna Clark in the share sale of her company, Somerset Early Scans Limited, to a corporate buyer.
Somerset Early Scans is an award-winning South-West based clinic providing pregnancy scans, gynaecology scans, and fertility services, comprised of an outstanding team of Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Advanced Practitioner Sonographers.
Since becoming established in 2014, the company has built up an outstanding reputation for itself.
