Cook Corporate Acts in the Sale of Bright Affect Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Jupe Holdings Limited in the share sale of Bright Affect Limited to Perrin & Partners.
Bright Affect Limited are commercial & corporate learning and consultancy providers specialised in pharmaceutical, life sciences, and digital industries.
Perrin & Partners, the acquirers, are an investment buy-and-build style holding company who operate five other businesses within the UK.
The deal was meticulously organised by Hornblower Business Brokers, ensuring the entire process ran smoothly.
