Cook Corporate Acts in Asset Sale of Avon Associates Limited
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for Avon Associated Limited in the sale of its assets to Brown & Brown Insurance Brokers.
Avon Associates Limited is a Bristol-based insurance brokerage providing a wide range of insurance solutions to an array of businesses and individuals alike.
The acquisition sees the UK subsidiary of Brown & Brown, a Florida-based insurance brokerage listed on the S&P 500, enhance its already significant presence in the UK.
