Cook Corporate Acts in Series A Round
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted for the Bristol Private Equity Club in relation to its members investment in Skin Analytics Limited.
The Bristol based award winning medical and technology business has closed its series A round and the funding will assist the development and roll out of its accurate tool which aims to detect skin cancer at an early stage.
It is the third Series A round which Cook Corporate have now closed for BPEC in its investment portfolio.
