Cook Corporate Acts in Oakland Construction Limited Management Buy In
Cook Corporate Solicitors have acted in respect of the management buy in of Oakland Construction Limited by Tom Lee-Fox and Allan Rosengren. Oakland Construction is a Bristol based building contractor which was established in 1991. It specialises in the healthcare, education, residential, commercial, heritage and social housing sectors.
Tom Lee-Fox has left his role at Galliford Try Plc and been appointed as managing director.
Allan Rosengren is a prominent Bristol investor and has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director.
The founder, Jawad Shalash, remains as both a shareholder and a director.
